Based in Orange County and with over 20 years of experience in the fitness environment, Chad is ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. He is a NASM-certified trainer and holds current CPR/AED certifications. Specializing in beginners and dedicated athletes.
Coaching athletes has been one of Chad's greatest joys—both challenging and deeply rewarding, he is a multi-sport coach specializing in youth athletic development, speed, agility, and safe, high-impact performance training, bringing fun, safety, expertise, and enthusiasm to every athlete he works with.
Working with seniors to improve mobility and stability is about helping them maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life. As we age, balance, coordination, flexibility, and muscle strength naturally decline, which can increase the risk of falls, injuries, and loss of everyday function. Through safe, guided exercise programs focused on strength, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns, seniors can improve the way they walk, stand, climb stairs, and perform daily activities with greater ease and confidence.

Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) training designed with your athlete in mind. Every session is tailored to the individual’s ability and developmental stage to challenge the muscular, neurological, connective tissue, and cardiovascular systems safely and effectively.

Mobility and stability training is not just about fitness — it’s about preserving freedom and maintaining an active lifestyle for years to come. Even small improvements in strength and balance can make a significant difference in preventing falls, increasing confidence, and allowing seniors to continue living safely and independently.
Each session is about 50 minutes. After an initial assessment, we’ll focus on your goals — and best of all, I come to you, no crowded gyms or memberships required

All program pricing is for one-on-one sessions in the South Orange County area. Additional cost may apply for farther locations. Discounts for groups.
Typical workouts emphasize faster reaction times, quicker decision-making, and refined running mechanics through targeted speed drills. Where appropriate for age and readiness, plyometric work is added to support muscular power and explosiveness. Sessions run about 50 minutes and begin with a brief dynamic warm-up to prime the body for peak performance.
SAQ Training works best in a group of 4 or more. Please inquire about discounted rate for group sessions
Each mobility & stability session lasts approximately 35 minutes and focuses on regaining strength, balance and mobility. Great for seniors
